Please let us know if there’s someone there to help the driver to carry it from the van to the house.
If not we can send to guys but that will be a different cost.

Can I hang the mirror myself ?

Small mirrors are very similar to the way you hang a picture, and most customers can do it themselves.
However if you are planning to hang a big Mirror.
We strongly recommend you do use a professional builder or one of our subcontractors.
If you decide to hang a large mirror yourself
Deco mirrors Will not take any responsibility for faulty installation.
The most common mistake our customers make when hanging a large Mirror.
Is to connect a wire between the hooks and try to hang it from one point.
Best not to use wire, chain, cord or rope for hanging, as this pulls the hooks sideways. It is best to hang them directly using the hangers at the back of the mirror, to the hooks on wall.

Do you offer trade or bulk discount ?

we do not offer refund for customer change of mind.
However we will be happy to exchange the Mirror for you as many time as you need
(exclude custom-made mirrors),
Or offer you a store credit.(please note there is a 12 month time limit on all credit note )

What is the best way to clean the mirror ?

To avoid black oxidisation or ‘de-silvering’, wipe the mirror surface with a cloth dampened in water or a mix of 70% water/30% methylated spirits, then buff the mirror surface dry with a second lint-free cloth. Lightly dust the frame as necessary.

  • Do not use Windex or similar chemical cleaning products
  • Do not allow any liquids to come into contact with the frame
  • Ventilation fan is required to avoid moisture from staying on the mirror for too long
  • In coastal areas it is recommended to wipe around the edge of the mirror once a month to avoid salt build up that can cause silver creep.
